Just purchased a truck from Al and everything went super smooth. They went ahead and installed new tires and a new battery at no additional charge. It was honestly the easiest and friendliest automotive purchase I have ever experienced. Big thanks to Tom and Al, also recieved a warranty at no additional charge.
I just recently purchased a vehicle from Dietsch Auto Sales. I had nothing but bad experiences from the start. Before I had the vehicle for a week, it broke down. I was happy when they expressed concern and said they would fix the problem. Unfortunately, their definition of "fix" and mine are apparently not the same. After waiting about a week for a part to come in from NAPA, I get told that what they thought was wrong with the vehicle, was wrong. So they take it to a specialist in Bryan,Ohio. After waiting another week and being yelled and screamed at by the mechanic at the specialty shop, I am told that no parts were ordered and that wires connected to the ECU had to be re-wired. It took almost a month to get my car back which,ironically, is how long the lemon law is in effect in Ohio. Coincidence? I think not. The car has broken down again. I took it to the local import specialist and they explain that whoever did the wiring the previous time, did it wrong and caused the wires to melt. Dietsch will not take any responsibility for what was supposed to fixed the first time. I will be filing a complaint to the Ohio BBB and a consumer complaint with the Ohio attorney generals office. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
